Mr. Francisco Rocha was, in 2014, based during 6 months in SPI’s Representative Office in Beijing, providing input and supporting activities for the development of SPI’s business and presence in the Chinese market. Currently Mr. Francisco Rocha is based in SPI’s office in Porto where he provides support to several international research projects and market internationalization related with China, including the areas of software solutions for healthcare services, food and beverages, IT transportation solutions and moulds manufacturing. He is also a key team member in a range of European Commission projects under the 7th Framework Programme and the Horizon 2020, specifically in the fields of ICT, entrepreneurship, internationalization, social innovation, among others. Mr. Francisco Rocha was also, in 2015, based in Brussels under the European Business and Innovation Centre Network (EBN). Mr. Francisco Rocha has a Bachelors degree in Business Management from the Portuguese Catholic University in Porto, and a Masters degree in Services Engineering and Management from the Engineering Faculty of the University of Porto. Mr. Francisco Rocha developed his Thesis on Organizational Knowledge Management.
