This webinar will be presented by Caroline Rouveyrol. Caroline Rouveyrol is working since nearly 10 years in a Regional Center for Technology Transfer and Innovation (CRITT) where she is a nutrition consultant and a trainer for food industry and especially SMEs in south region of France (Provence-Alpes-Côte d'Azur). Since 2007 she taught many training on nutrition labeling and nutrition and health claims to food industry. She used powerpoints media, games and even distance learning (webinar). On a national level, she was the leader of the workpackage dealing with training for the nutrition network of ACTIA (called NUTRIPRÉVIUS) during his 2007-2013 period. Recently, she coordinated the writing of the technical part of the French nutrition labeling guide of ANIA and ACTIA*. She wrote other guides for food companies including one on the improvement and the enhancement of the nutritional qualities of food Mediterranean products**. *ANIA-ACTIA.
