Don’t ask Niels Rodin how many strains of citrus he grows! The number increases daily. Currently, 150 different specimens are flourishing in different locations in Borex and Vich in the Canton of Vaud where the citrus fruit farmer grows in three greenhouses. The first is devoted to experimentation, and the other two to propagation and grafting, as well as production. He works organically applying permaculture principles. To meet growing demand, research is being conducted into expansion projects for his cultures in western Switzerland.
