Fruit and vegetables are processed freshly and preserved after harvest. Our industry is based on three pillars. Firstly, the raw material supply, or the cultivation of fruit and vegetables. Secondly, the consumer because all companies make consumer products or are suppliers of consumer products. And thirdly, the technology, which is a crucial part of the conservation process.
