"PESCA" is a food education project that aims to promote the consumption of local and traditional Italian and Slovenian products in school meals. It provides training and deepening moments for students, parents, teachers and canteens, as well as the experimental insertion of selected products and dishes into the dietary school meal. Thanks to this project, a good practice model can be created for inserting local-traditional products into school canteens.
