This Guide is intended to provide guidance on the requirements set out in Decree 126/2015, relating to the to food information of foods presented without packaging for sale to the final consumer and to the collectivities, of those packaged in the places of sale at the request of the buyer and those packaged by the holders of the retail trade. Therefore, it is necessary that the legal texts accompany the reading of this Guide. The Guide has no legal value and, in case of conflict, the interpretation of the legislation is ultimately the responsibility of the Courts of Justice.
